Special Election- March 3rd, 2026
Voter registration deadline is February 10th, 2026.
Mail in Ballots are sent out February 11th,2026.
Advance in person voting begins February 11th, 2026, and continues until NOON on March 2nd, 2026, in the Clay County Clerk’s Office in the Courthouse.
Advance Ballot
To apply for an advance ballot to be mailed to you, call 785-632-2552 to have an application sent to you, or complete the Advance Ballot Application (PDF) and submit to the County Clerk’s Office. A signed application must be received by the Clerk’s Office before a ballot can be mailed out.
