NOTICE OF BALLOT AUDIT

Kansas law requires that 1% of ballots cast on or before election day are to be audited after election day and prior to the meeting of the County Board of Canvassers. For Clay County elections, we will audit no less than two races and two precincts for every primary and general election.

The ballot audit for the November 4th, 2025, General Election will begin on Thursday, November 6th, 2025 at 02:00 p.m.

PUBLIC NOTICE: POST ELECTION PUBLIC TEST

The public testing of ballot counting equipment used in the November 4th, 2025, General Election will be held in the County Commissioner's Room, Courthouse, Clay Center, Kansas on October, 31st 2025, at 10:00 a.m., in accordance with K.S.A. 25-4411.
