MASK MANDATE
The Clay County Commissioners passed a resolution mandating face masks in Clay County. If you are out in public or meeting the public to do business in your office, you will need to wear a mask. Attached is the resolution signed by the County Commissioners. The mandate goes into effect on Thursday, November 12, 2020 and will be reviewed again on February 1, 2021.
