The Immunization Program is committed to keeping Clay County free of vaccine preventable diseases. We offer immunization services M-F excluding Tuesdays.
Immunizations are fee-for-service.
We bill most insurances.
Please check with your insurance company to assure they cover the immunizations you are seeking.
