In-Home Services
Providing in-home services for older citizens to remain in their own home for as long as safely possible.
We contract with Area Agency on Aging to provide services for their consumers. We also provide services privately and in some instances through home health insurance policies.
Fees are based on a sliding fee scale.
Eligibility:
- Some difficulty in doing your normal daily living duties.
- In most cases be over the age of 60.
Services Provided:
- Nurse Visits
- Medication Management
- Personal Care--including nail care
- Homemaking
- Essential shopping and errands
