Clay County Zoning Board

 

 

 

A meeting of the Clay County Planning Board will be held on February 27, 2012 at 7:30 a.m., at the Clay County Courthouse, to consider the request to change the zoning of thirty-five (35) acres from agricultural to commercial for the property commonly known as 1257 16th Road, Clay County, Kansas.  Initially only 10 acres, more or less, will be utilized for the commercial operation of a fellowship hall and the remaining 25 acres will continue to be utilized as agricultural.
