Clay County Museum

The Clay County Museum is housed in the former Clay Center Hospital building constructed in 1925. The structure served as a nursing home before it became the location of the museum in 1975.
If you look to the left underneath 'In this section' you will see two forms that you may want to fill out. By filling out the Clay County Birth form, you will help improve our records of people born in Clay County. The House Survey of Clay County form is similar but pertains to houses and the people who lived in them.
Once the submit button is clicked in either form, the information you entered will be emailed to the Clay County Museum.
