DID YOU KNOW the Post Office is selling stamps for Breast Cancer Awareness? With October being breast cancer awareness month, Morris Weyant, Clay Center Postmaster, has again challenged the employees at our local post office to sell 3,000 breast cancer stamps by the end of October. If we can sell 3,000 stamps, Morris Weyant, Kent Chestnut, and Brad Cooper will shave their heads in recognition of this accomplishment. The breast cancer stamps sell for $.55 each with $.11 going for breast cancer research. A couple of years ago, Morris challenged his employees to sell the 843 breast cancer stamps we had in stock at that time, and we sold close to 2,000 then.
