Apricots, great northern beans, beef stew, cherry apple juice, potato flakes, tomato soup and pork will be available. Bring small soap, shampoo, hand lotion, tooth brushes, tooth paste, snacks, wash cloths for USO Single Soldiers Project Ft Riley. Everyone brings one or 2 items and you can make a difference. They are also looking for anyone having extra left over yarn for making hats for the homeless. September 17 is Veteran’s Stand Down and Michaela Carlson has volunteered to make 100 hats.
