You can purchase a luminary for $10 to honor a cancer survivor or to remember someone who lost their battle with cancer. The names of those people will be added to a list, put on a rolling screen, and read during the luminary ceremony on Saturday, August 21st beginning at 10PM. All proceeds go to the Clay County Relay for Life and will be sued to not only fund cancer research, but help many cancer patients in this great county of ours. Luminaries can be purchased from George’s Jewelry, Green Team of Clay Center, United Bank & Trust or either Short Stop location.
